Hi

When adding posts to a 2SXC module, this module overwrites the DNNs module title with the 2SXC modules first post.
I want to use my own module titles that I define, but when a content editor (without DNNs full admin permissions) make changes in their content, the module title is changed.

Is there any way to avoid this so I can use my own defined DNN module titles instead?

Hi Petri,

I did some research and found this work around:

"What you need to do when you create a new app is first create a new content and call it Title give it one field call this one Title as well
Now when you create a a new template ( or edit your existing one) after you have checked the enable list checkbox you get extra dropdown "Type for list content" in here you select the title one you just created now when you go to the edit list for your content in the top of the mdal you will see the edit list values" link, click this and you will find an input for title. After you have filled this in tis will be your module title and it will not change anymore - Armand"

Thanks a lot Aderson for looking at this.

Yes, this approach works when working with lists, but I have more static content, and it is not so suitable to enable the list mode for this.

Got it Petri. I'm out of options here unfortunately.

Sorry,

Aderson
