Thanks Anders, I watched the videos and XMod looks pretty good too. There is obviously more to manage but it gives you more power when compared to 2SexyContent.
I haven't installed or played with either of these yet so I can't be sure. First impressions make me think that 2SexyContent is easier and quicker to get simple things up and running but doesn't give me the power I need for everything. Since XMod it will be needed in some cases am I wiser to bite the bullet and do everything in XMod or would mixing uses of 2SexyContent and XMod in the be okay.
The first factors that come to mind is the consistency of data entry. It might be easier for users to have a consistent approach to data entry than needing to "learn" the two methods. Both methods from the user perspective seem to be nearly the same from the videos, but I don't know if this holds true in practice. Although it's the first thing to come to mind, it's probably not the most important.
What may be most important is how to use multiple types of data in a single template. In the videos I watched on both modules, the page being created only dealt with a single type of content. Can either of these modules insert multiple types of data into a template?
Thanks
