Some news......

I installed the module to another DNN install on the same hosting platform and it has installed fine, and allows me to add it to a page :-)

I am in contact with the hosting company and hope to discover the configuration issue so that I can share the resolution here :-)

Got a response from 2Sexy and have now completely unistalled the module and run the SQL fix to remove the tables

"When you uninstall 2SexyContent, it does (in the current version) unfortunately not remove any database tables in the database. When you try to install it again, it wants to create the tables, but they already exist – so the installation fails.

 

To fix the issue, you can follow this checklist: http://swisschecklist.com/en/r22bm8tg.... We will fix the uninstall issue in the next release."

 

I'll try a re-install and provide feedback
