Do you know of a keep alive service for DNN?
I searched around and only found sites like 'http://www.dnnmonitor.com/' and 'http://www.pingalive.com/' which no longer exist.

There is no service out there specific to DNN, however you can accomplish this goal by using any generic 3rd party site that monitors whether or not the site is up. In effect when a service like that pings the site, it is keeping the site alive for you too.
A few names:
uptimerobot
pagerduty
site24x7
