Strange URL after upgrade 7.2.1

Hi!

I have noticed after we have upgraded one of our clients sites to DNN 7.2.1 that the URLs have changed for every page on the site so that there is an string added to the end of the url. After .aspx there is added a string like #.Ux9A3vl5MoM

So every pages url is ended like .aspx#.Ux9A3vl5MoM

What is this, we have never seen this before?

Any ideas?
