How can i rename the default [Portals/PortalId] folder in an existing portal not for new one because in the [Add New Portal] you can customize but how you can do it for existing one.

You would have to hack through the Portals table and the folder name itself. Not sure what else as I have never tried that.
I recommend backing up before trying that.

That is where it will get messy. You would have to manually go to the content and fix that. There is no simple way to do that.
Out of curiosity, why it is so important to change this?
