I have a site with multiple site aliases. No matter what the Alias mapping mode, it seems to always be doing a redirect to the primary alias. This is only happening on one of my portals. I'm not sure what other settings may affect this redirection other than the Site Alias mapping, and I haven't had any luck so far trying to hunt it down.
I can post Fiddler captures if that would be helpful.

The site was originally only going to host dnn, however, we have a few web apps, that we aren't going to have time to migrate to modules. So the quickest migration strategy for us is going to be, host dnn and our other apps each as sub applications. I didn't think this would be a big deal, but a lot of the images apparently are not being correctly translated. I'm not ready to blame this on DNN, as I'm not sure how the content was created, and the developer there was new to both html and dnn. I'm wondering if the symptoms are related, but another thing this is making difficult is to pull up the site side by side with each url and compare.
So here are the symptoms I am seeing.
If I go to the non-default alias, I get a 301 redirect to the primary alias.
If I go to any other page, the page comes up with the requested url, however all the menu items are linked to the Primary alias.
