Hi,

my name is surya i am using dnn website  i want to change font styles. how to change font at dnn website.

i am using skolar font this is not a google font. i purchased skolar font so how to add this font to my site how????????

Hi Surya,

You have to convert your font to a webfont. You can use a tool like http://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator or http://everythingfonts.com/font-face

Then you have to change the skin.css definitions to use the new generated font.

In summary this is it!

Hi,

I implemented skolar regular font at my website. it looking good at mac system and laptops only in my Desktop systems its font looking some blur.


what should i do.?  please suggest how to make font smooth ness at my desktop systems.?

Hi Surya,

To be honest I'm not sure. I don't think this is a particular problem with your DNN site. This is a generic problem that I don'[t have much experience.

This is Aderson Oliveira and I'm the Chief Editor of DNNHero. First why "DNNHero". If you think I'm just a self-indulgent individual, maybe you are right :). But this was not the case. This came from a good friend of mine, Carole Martin. Back then we were working on many DNN projects together and whenever she was having a problem she used to say that she needed her "DNN Hero" referring to me. How nice! She even give me a super hero cape!

So when I decided to start recording my learning adventures on DNN, I went to check if the domain "DNNHero.com" was available. It was, so here we are.

Back in 2010 I have decided to focus my time and efforts on spreading the word about CMS platforms, DNN in particular .
