I've been searching now for a while and I cannot figure this out. I have a instance and portal that was migrated and than upgraded to 7.1.2 that I've inherited from someone else. I also have another instance and portal running and I'm trying to figure out how this was done to the Edit User dialog. The editable options do not match. 

From Inherited I can edit the following under the manage account: Username, First Name, Last Name, and Email address, It does show the display name but this is not editable.

Other Instance under the Manage Account I only have 3 options. Username, Display Name, Email Address.

Not sure how in the heck the inherited one was changed, but I've been searching and googling all over and cannot find an answer. And just to be clear this is not the user registration page. It's the popup under user accounts when you select a user to edit.

Figures, Just after I post this I figure it out. if under Admin/Site Settings, User Account Settings tab, if the Display Name Format filled in it change the Edit user box.


IE: On site had the [Firstname][Lastname] tokens in it. The other site did not. :-)
