Hello Aderson,

We currently have DNN version 4.9 and it seems that when trying to login to our site with IE 10, this is disabled and customers can not login.

when pressing the login or register buttons, simply nothing happens (no error nor any other message is given) . It seems as though this is completely disabled on this IE version

What do you suggest we do? have you encountered similar issues?

I appreciate your assistance

FYI - I have IE 10.0.9.9200.16635 and this seems to be an issue on this site too.  The login button doesn't work for me.  So I use chrome for this site.

Hi Carl,

I think I just fixed that now on DNNHero.com.

On older versions of DNN you will need to open the default.aspx file and add <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=9" > right after the <head> tag.

This is Aderson Oliveira and I'm the Chief Editor of DNNHero. First why "DNNHero". If you think I'm just a self-indulgent individual, maybe you are right :). But this was not the case. This came from a good friend of mine, Carole Martin. Back then we were working on many DNN projects together and whenever she was having a problem she used to say that she needed her "DNN Hero" referring to me. How nice! She even give me a super hero cape!

So when I decided to start recording my learning adventures on DNN, I went to check if the domain "DNNHero.com" was available. It was, so here we are.

Back in 2010 I have decided to focus my time and efforts on spreading the word about CMS platforms, DNN in particular .
