Hi Benjamin,
This could be done directly on the database, but it can be risky as if you do something wrong you may end up deleting a lot more than what you wanted.
An alternative, which could save some time is to go to Host/Extensions and on the "In Use" column for that module, click "Yes". Select the portal and you will see right away the full list of all pages with that module. Then just CTRL+Click each link and start deleting. You should be done in about 10 min. It would be safer this way.
