To get things started I have to admit that I'm biased here because I use this module a LOT currently. I'm talking about XMod Pro 4.0 from DNNDev.com - Kelly Ford and his team do a very fine job here. This is a very versatile module that can help you building from list views, to forms, to searches and detailed views as well (and more). Out of the box you can use it to create basic forms and listings, but the techies out there will be the ones who will most benefit from XMod Pro flexibility. A bit of HTML knowledge will be required if you want to use more advanced features.
Another nice module that came with a new version this past week was EasyDNNnews 4.5.1. As I said last week and I repeat here, the guys from EasyDNNSolutions have a great sense of design and style and this module can be the right solution for blogging and article publishing as well.

On the skin side the clear winner was Bind Tuning from BIND. Beatriz Oliveira (what a nice last name! no family relation to me ;) and her team in Portugal have built this beautiful tool, with a great UI, that you can pick and choose various elements of the skin like colors and images. You also have the option to select a predefined color themes. I'm really impressed by this tool. Have a look at their video
